Many dental patients – particularly those who come for cosmetic dentistry – come to our surgery from outside Glasgow and may be strangers to the city. Others are born and bred here in the West End of Glasgow and know it well.

Check out some of the local landmarks in Dumbarton Road and Crow Road in our part of the West End of Glasgow

If you travel around Glasgow by car, parking in the immediate vicinity of our Dumbarton Road practice is not great. However if you go further up Crow Road, it’s usually possible to find a space where you can park for the duration of your dental visit.

If you are arriving in Glasgow by train or even travelling from another part of the city, it is worth thinking about taking the Glasgow underground or Clockwork Orange.

The Partick subway stop, just a short stroll from the practice, is located between the Kelvinhall and Govan stops. Here is a map of the Glasgow underground.

Before or after your dental appointment, you have the whole of the West End of Glasgow to explore. We are close to Finnieston for example and the Riverside Museum. Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is one stop away on the Glasgow subway system. And just before that, you find the shops, cafes and restaurants of Byres Road.
